is a contemporary bistro focused on an evolving tasting experience, seasonal cooking, and a cocktail and wine program designed to tell a story.
ON THE OTHER HAND marks a new chapter for the restaurant.
A more personal direction. Less explanation, fewer expectations.
We are moving toward a tasting-focused experience with a limited à la carte offering.
The tasting menu is designed entirely by the chef and presented without a disclosed menu. Each experience unfolds across 7–9 courses that change continuously with the season, the moment, and whatever naturally exists in the kitchen at that time.
Not everything is meant to be revealed in advance.
We invite guests simply to arrive, take a seat, and allow the story to unfold.
Our beverage program follows the same philosophy.
The wine list tells his side of the story — quiet, patient, unwavering. A story of loving without holding on, of choosing someone even when they were never meant to stay.
The cocktail program tells hers — lighter, fleeting, shaped by timing and memory. Less about forever and more about what was true in that moment.
Two perspectives.
Two voices.
Neither complete on its own.
Together, they become one story.
